Annie Sloane trained as a Fine Art painter (Sean Sculley was a fellow student!) and has created her own range of chalk paints using her knowledge of paint, pigments and Art History. The colours are inspired by European 18th Century furniture and  range from soft, beautiful neutrals to vibrant and earthy hues. They have been made bright and rich, bearing in mind that they will be darkened slightly by the protective wax, which gives a beautiful mellow and patinated finish. None of the colours, except Graphite contain black pigment, which allows for mixing and combining colours without the paint dulling.
